Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Innosphere admits new client companies three times per year. The new group included a specific focus on startups looking to commercialize technology to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impacts in the oil and gas industry, with four of the 12 companies fitting that mold.

The 12 new Innosphere companies include:

Cool Energy Inc.: The Boulder company makes a ThermoHeart Engine that converts low-temperature waste heat into clean electricity.

PetroDe: The Broomfield company aggregates and analyzes data on U.S. wells and production and provides companies with visual reports with its graphical mapping system.

Sustainable Power Systems: The Boulder company’s technology aims to reduce the cost and environmental impact of energy production in remote locations by combining renewable and conventional energy along with storage and load management.

Vortex Tools: The Littleton company has developed multiple patented tools to help extend the life, efficiency and productivity of oil and gas wells.

Agribotix: The Boulder-based ag-tech company has a drone-fueled data analysis platform that helps farmers analyze data on their fields and decide where to focus fertilization or watering efforts.

Growcentia: The Fort Collins company makes organic soil supplements that naturally increase nutrient availability to support healthy plants, reducing the need for chemical inputs.

AllProWebTools: The Fort Collins company’s software platform helps businesses manage marketing, sales and other core functions with one solution.

Black Square Technologies: The Boulder company makes a USB-compatible device that allows users to easily encrypt files stored on their computers and in the cloud or that they send in emails.
